ECO POS
Historically, the production of advertising stands is the foundation of the creation of GREENFILL3D. In 2021-2022, we designed and produced ECO POS advertising stands for Grupa MASPEX, promoting Lubella pasta. The stands were made of a proprietary material based on wheat bran from pasta production – GF3D Brannfil3d.
The MASPEX Group – the largest food manufacturer in Poland, asked for help in solving two problems: the use of production waste in the manufacturing of consumables for 3D printing and the creation of advertising stands using 3D printing technology from the resulting material. GREENFILL3D, using wheat bran – waste from pasta production, developed an original filament for 3D printers. With them we produced ECO POS – an innovative advertising stand in line with the principles of the Circular Economy and Zero Waste.
The ECO POS stand and its technology were awarded during the Polish Beverage Congress 2022 – the largest event for beverage producers with the ECOInvestor 2022 award, organized under the patronage of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management. On September 14-15, 2022, in Warsaw, during the annual Marketing Festival, the next edition of the POS STARS competition was held, where the best advertising positions of the year were assessed. The stand of Lubella (a brand belonging to the MASPEX Group) received a distinction, where the key element was ECO POS by GREENFILL3D. GREENFILL3D was also invited to participate in the conferences: “INSUMMIT – Festival of Insights and Innovations” in Warsaw and 3D PRINT CONGRESS & EXHIBITION in Paris, where it presented its innovative solutions in the area of ecological 3D printing.
Currently, ECO POS are manufactured using a wide range of ecological materials. We combine various manufacturing techniques and materials (including live plants!), creating structures that are impossible to make using traditional cardboard or plywood techniques. We also add full-color UV printing.
